The hand-made shrunken noodles are entwined with a light soy sauce-flavored soup, and famous restaurants are competing with each other for the best taste.
It is also famous for its buckwheat noodles and delicious seasonal fruits such as apples, cherries, and La France, which you can't take your eyes off.
There are also a variety of hot springs called the "Eight Yonezawa Hot Springs" that are perfect for healing the body. There are many sightseeing spots where you can enjoy driving on holidays, and there are many ski resorts in the vicinity where you can fully enjoy winter sports.
