healthy and comfortable workplace.
We have organized a Safety Management Committee, planned and implemented
education and training for employees necessary for disaster prevention, and have taken measures such as clearly
defining a flowchart of procedures to be followed in the event of a disaster. We also hold regular workplace
safety review meetings for each department to raise awareness of safety and prevent occupational accidents.

health management system

Employee health management is carried out in cooperation with the adjacent Kubota Clinic and industrial
physicians. Our health care staff handles everything from health care to mental health for each individual. By
conducting health interviews and providing ongoing health guidance to prevent lifestyle-related diseases, we
support the physical and mental health of our employees and create an environment where they can work in good
health and good spirits.
As one of the mental health measures in the workplace, we conduct stress checks to
ascertain the degree of psychological burden on employees.
