Training System

In order to improve the qualifications and abilities of each employee and maintain and enhance the business management system, Hi-Mecha has prepared a plan and implementation of anthropology training, technical and skill education necessary for work in each unit, and education and training related to safety and health activities and general education.

Education and training to enhance humanity

For education and training to enhance humanity, we provide education and training for human growth based on anthropology (TL anthropology and Inamori anthropology), which has been the pillar of our training for many years. Specifically, the following level-specific training programs are provided.
* Inamori's Anthropology:Learn the basics and philosophy of amoeba management as advocated by Kazuo Inamori.

1. New employee training

In this three-month program, students learn basic business manners and skills as a member of society, deepen their understanding of the company's philosophy and vision, and acquire the basic specialized knowledge and skills necessary for their work. The first month after joining the company, you will learn mainly business manners. The remaining two months are spent rotating through each workplace to determine suitability.

2. Young employee training

This training is designed for employees in their second or third year of employment.
In addition to learning to work independently and perform tasks on their own, training is provided to enable them to be actively involved in providing guidance to new and junior employees.
We will actively support you in resolving any questions or concerns you may have about response operations or the company as a whole.

3. General employee training

This training is designed to stimulate self-development and provide education and training to support off-the-job training. By bringing all levels of employees together for training, we can build a foundation for smooth business promotion by promoting communication through meetings and issues with employees from other departments with whom we have little contact on a daily basis.

In addition, training for mid-career employees, managers, and all employees is also provided.
Conduct training as needed to align all employees and lay the foundation for a unified approach to a variety of internal and external issues.
